As a Holistic Health Coach I work with clients, supporting and empowering them to clarify and achieve their health and wellness goals. I draw from my years of working in the yoga and wellness industry, and my personal practices of cultivating vitality, to create individualized wellness programs.
I’ll help you discover the foods and lifestyle choices to support you to make gradual, lifelong changes that empower you to reach your current and future health goals, and learn how to apply powerful, time-tested rituals to your life today. We’ll take a holistic approach to nutrition and explore how all areas of your life are connected.

Through adding in simple, prana-building practices to your daily routine you can open and release blocked energy, feel more centered, and build a foundation to reach your health and wellness goals.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Book and Schedule
Once you click the link below and pay, you will be sent to a schedule page to lock in your appointment time.
Appointments generally book 1-3 wks in advance.
Sessions are available worldwide via Zoom.
2. Fill Out Assessment
Upon confirmation of your appointment, I will send you an assessment to fill out and help you get you focused and clear about your specific needs and goals.
Take your time and hold space for your self-reflection. Fill out the form and email it back to me. I'll review, take notes and we'll dig in together.
3. Deep Dive
All sessions are one hour. We’ll start with a grounding meditation and then we’ll dive deep into conversation. We’ll focus on your unique goals and the best approach and practices for your needs.
You'll walk away with homework, strategy and specific take-aways to implement.
