Vibrant Health and Yoga

As a Holistic Health Coach I work with clients, supporting and empowering them to clarify and achieve their health and wellness goals. I draw from my years of teaching yoga and working in wellness programs, and my personal practices of living my yoga and cultivating vitality.

I create and lead yoga and wellness workshops, one-on-one and small group sessions, and cleanses. We’ll work together to discover what approach and practices work best for you NOW, and we’ll create a custom program for you that is flexible, accessible and fun.

I’ll guide you to discover the foods and lifestyle choices that best support you to make gradual, lifelong changes that empower you to reach your current and future health goals. We’ll take a holistic approach to nutrition and explore how all areas of your life are connected.

I studied nutrition theory at The Institute of Integrated Nutrition, focusing on “Primary Foods” including relationships, physical activity, spirituality and career as well as Secondary Foods, the foods we eat. I’ve studied cleansing and raw foods at the Optimum Health Institute. I’ve learned so much on my own journey with food, and I’ll share my insights with you.
